Ehmmm when the door is closed at night... some patience and many rings of the doorbell may be required to wake up the receptionist, so beg patience and don't start panicking ... like a friend of a friend of a friend of mine did ;-) , Streetside room is very noisy because of traffic on Av. de Villiers ;

the receptionists were very good , polites and helpful also the location of the hotel was very close to the metro and that was great to go to anywhere anytime

the room was very very small also the bath and the left were very small

I recently stayed at Residence Villiers for a few nights during my trip to explore the beautiful city of lights. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Wagram metro station and surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms were well insulated and quiet, and the value for the price was excellent. Additionally, the hotel provided a minibar with a variety of drinks for a reasonable fee, and the WiFi signal was reliable throughout the hotel.

Very good value. Centrally located in a good neighbourhood. Clean and quite. Excellent location for the Paris Marathon as it is a short walk from the start.

The breakfast was a bit lacking. It was optional however so when I return again I won't add it.

No major problems for tourists. Very close to a subway station and a bus stop. Mini bar is available in each room. Staff are amiable.

There is no plug socket available around the desk, nor desk lump. In addition, wifi is only available at the reception. Therefore, not suited for those who need desk work, although these facts are not bothering ordinary tourists.

Hotel staff was genuinely pleasant and spoke excellent English. Location was very close to Metro.
